This Mobile App Privacy Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements the Prodigy Wildfire Solutions Privacy Policy and applies specifically to the Prodigy Wildfire Control mobile application, related cloud services, and connected wildfire defense system integrations (collectively, the “App Services”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Prodigy Wildfire Control mobile application, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in this Addendum and the main Privacy Policy.
If there is any conflict between this Addendum and the main Privacy Policy, this Addendum will govern with respect to the App Services.
1. Scope
This Addendum applies to personal information and other data collected through:
• The Prodigy Wildfire Control mobile application
• Cloud services that support the app
• Connected wildfire defense systems and integrated devices accessed or managed through the app
Information We Collect Through the App Services
In addition to the information described in our main Privacy Policy, we may collect the following categories of information when you use the App Services.
2. Account Information
Information used to create and manage your app account, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, login credentials, and account identifiers.
System and Property Information
Information relating to your installed Prodigy wildfire defense system, including general property location details, system configuration, equipment types, and installation data associated with your account.
3. Connected Device Information
Identifiers, technical data, and operational status from connected devices such as sensors, valves, pumps, controllers, and other hardware linked to your system. This may include data received via third party device and IoT platforms, such as YoLink, that enable connectivity between your system and the App Services.
4. Operational and Event Data
Logs and records relating to system activity, including system activations, alerts, warnings, notifications, fault conditions, performance data, and historical system events.
5. App Usage and Technical Data
Information about your use of the app, including device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, performance metrics, IP address, and diagnostic data used to maintain and improve reliability and security.
6. Notifications Data
Information required to deliver push notifications and alerts, such as device tokens, notification preferences, and interaction with notifications.
7. Support Communications
Information you provide when contacting us for support, reporting issues, or requesting assistance with your system or app.
8. How We Use App and Device Information
We use information collected through the App Services for the following purposes:
• To provide remote monitoring and control of your Prodigy wildfire defense system
• To deliver alerts, warnings, notifications, and system status updates
• To operate, schedule, and record manual or automated defense cycles
• To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the safety, performance, and reliability of our systems and services
• To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, unauthorized access, misuse, or security incidents
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• To comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations
• To enforce our terms of service and protect our rights, property, and safety and that of our users and others
We do not use system or device data for unrelated advertising or sell personal information collected through the App Services.

Where required by applicable law, including Canadian, United States, and Australian privacy laws, we process personal information based on:
• Performance of a contract, to provide you with the App Services and system functionality
• Legitimate business interests, such as system security, fraud prevention, service improvement, and operational reliability

We do not sell personal information collected through the App Services.
We may disclose information to:
a) Technology and Infrastructure Providers
Third party service providers that support device connectivity, cloud hosting, storage, analytics, security, and notification delivery. These providers process information on our behalf and under contractual obligations to protect it.
b) System and Service Partners
Authorized contractors, installers, maintenance providers, or technical partners who require access to information to support, maintain, or service your Prodigy system, subject to confidentiality obligations.

They do not replace emergency services, evacuation orders, or professional fire response. Users remain responsible for complying with local laws, emergency guidance, and safety instructions.
17. Changes to This Addendum
We may update this Addendum from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or our practices. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Addendum.
